Chef Dan

We are pleased to introduce Executive Chef Daniel Gramas, a New Jersey native, who has returned to the East Coast to lead the culinary team at the Conewago Inn moving forward. Chef Daniel received his classical training at world renowned Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Following college, he continued to hone his culinary chops at various restaurants and large corporate settings across the East Coast, Texas and most recently Las Vegas, where in his spare time, he developed his own urban micro farm. Combining his love of traditional techniques and farm- fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Chef Daniel will bring his own personal flair to the Conewago Inn menus. Whether you are stopping in for an after work bite in the pub, or marking a special occasion in our dining room, he vows to wow with each dish served.
